Text message terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Real MVP Homes, a trading name of Yusuf & Associates Real Estate Solutions LLC, doing business as Real MVP Realty Group. Messages you receive from us are signed Real MVP.

What the program is

We buy houses and land. We send text messages to people who have contacted us about a property, usually to confirm an appointment, send a reminder, or follow up on an enquiry you started. We do not send messages to people who have not contacted us, and we do not buy, rent or share phone number lists.

How you opt in

There are exactly two ways, both of them a box you tick yourself on this website. The box is never ticked for you, and you can send either form without ticking it. If you do not tick it, we do not text you.

1. The property form on our home page

1. You visit realmvphomes.com and start the "Get Your Free Cash Offer" form.
2. You answer the questions about the property: what type it is, whether you own it, whether it is listed, its condition, and your timeline.
3. On the last step you enter your name, phone, email and the property address.
4. Below those fields is an unticked checkbox reading: "I agree that Real MVP Homes may call and text me at the number provided about my property, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Beside it are links to these terms and to our privacy policy.
5. You press "Get My Free Offer". The form sends whether or not the box is ticked.

2. The short form at /sms-signup.html

1. You visit realmvphomes.com/sms-signup.html.
2. You enter your name, the property address, and optionally a mobile number.
3. Above the checkbox is a list of exactly what we would send, how often, that rates may apply, and the STOP and HELP keywords.
4. You tick, or do not tick, an unticked and optional box carrying the same wording as above.
5. You press "Send my details". The form sends either way.

We do not collect consent any other way. Not by phone, not by text, not on paper, and not from any list or third party. If you have not ticked one of the two boxes described above, you are not opted in.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything, of us making an offer, or of any transaction with us.

What we send, and how often

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up about a property you contacted us about
• Replies to a question you asked us
• Notice that a document is ready for you

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry. In most cases it is a small number of messages relating to one property. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing sales@realmvphomes.com or by telling us on a call. We honour opt-outs immediately.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. See our privacy policy for what we collect and why.
